Mike Fuhrman

Chief Executive Officer

Mike Fuhrman is Omega Systems’ CEO and has more than 30 years of operations, product development and leadership experience in the IT industry. He leverages his deep knowledge of business operations and his passion for technology to foster an environment that helps customers, employees and organizations thrive. Prior to joining Omega Systems in 2023, Mike was COO for a hybrid IT solutions provider, where he oversaw the company’s Cloud and Managed Services business. He has an impressive track record for scaling business models, driving go-to market strategies and managing global teams. Mike is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where he was commissioned as a scientific analyst and then later an intelligence officer for the Information Warfare Center. He is a graduate of The Citadel, where he is a current member of the executive advisory board for the School of Engineering.

Ben Tercha

Chief Operating Officer

Ben Tercha is Omega’s Chief Operating Officer and has nearly 25 years of hands-on technology and operations experience. As COO, he guides corporate strategy for IT innovation and leads the company’s technical service operations, developing and enhancing Omega’s suite of managed services to ensure it is consistently aligned with customer needs and technology trends. Ben has been with Omega Systems for more than 17 years and most recently served as the company’s SVP of Operations. Among his many technical accomplishments, Ben played a critical role in the design of Omega’s privately-owned, SOC 2 certified cloud platform and data center, which meets the security, flexibility and compliance needs of today’s mid-market and enterprise businesses. He is regularly sought after as an industry thought leader, sharing his insight and perspectives on topics such as cloud security, regulatory compliance and cyber risk management. Ben attended Penn State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in information sciences and technology.

Andy Schultz

Chief Financial Officer

Andy Schultz is Chief Financial Officer at Omega Systems, where he is responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations, including accounting, FP&A, and capital management. He plays a key role in supporting Omega’s growth initiatives, operational performance, and long-term value creation. With more than 20 years’ experience in finance, audit and accounting, Andy has held several senior financial leadership roles within PE-backed organizations. Prior to joining Omega, he served as Chief Investment Officer and previously Chief Financial Officer of Altor Solutions, where he helped drive financial discipline, scalability and strategic growth. He also brings a strong foundation in audit and M&A advisory, with experience supporting private equity and corporate clients on transactions and financial strategy. Andy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wayne State College and a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from the University of Denver.

Mike Besecker

Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Omega Systems, Mike leads the company’s go-to-market operations and is responsible for driving the company’s overall revenue strategy and execution. With a passion for growing and scaling GTM teams, Mike has more than 25 years of experience building top-performing revenue organizations and implementing innovative solutions that drive measurable results and enterprise value for customers. Prior to joining Omega, Mike held CRO roles with Momentus Technologies and IronEdge Group, where he led transformation efforts to drive profitable growth. He has also held senior leadership positions at SAP Ariba, Liquidity Services, and Jaggaer. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.

Jennifer Carreon-Montes

VP of Human Resources

Leading Omega’s human resources function, Jennifer has more than 16 years of progressive and diverse experience working for a variety of businesses, from local SMBs to national enterprise organizations. Her expertise spans a wide range of HR and human capital functions including benefits administration, compensation management, staffing and recruiting, organizational development, employee relations and more. Jennifer graduated magna cum laude from Temple University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has a master’s degree in psychology with an industrial organizational psychology & human resources management focus from La Salle University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and holds professional HR management certifications PHR and SHRM-CP.

Greg Smith

VP of Corporate Development

Greg Smith serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at Omega Systems, where he leads the company’s mergers and acquisitions strategy to support its national expansion and service portfolio growth. Greg has extensive M&A experience across the IT and managed services sectors, having previously served as Director of Corporate Development at Dataprise and founder of the M&A advisory firm Prosim Partners. Over his career, he has successfully executed numerous acquisitions and built high-performing deal pipelines for private equity-backed organizations. Greg holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Public Accountant.
